Rest Data source returns ORA-20987

Hello

I'm using Rest Data Source functionality to try to retrieve information from

https://esi.evetech.net/latest/characters/1234567/wallet/transactions/

Endpoint .

While using this Rest Data Source as a source for interactive grid works without any problems, rest synchronization fails with error ORA-20987: The Requested URL Has Been Prohibited. Contact Your Administrator.

The same goes for the play button on rest data source page in get .

I'm using Oracle Apex 22.2.2 on Free Tier.

Any way to fix this ?
