Restore the database backup using xenvironment

Dears,

We have our lead register is down and we are trying to restore the database using xenvironemnt.

steps performed:

we have run: dataserver-oracle-restore-xstore.

we have the xstore.bak file located in \xstoredb\backup.

the process is not showing that it is running also we have checked the logs of xenvironment and xstore.

I found that the dataserver is not runnig bey checking xstore\tmp.

so wanted to start the dataserver from xstore\dataserver.bat, but I don't see the dataserver.bat under xstore folder.

how start the dataserver to perform the restore, could the dataserver not been installed with xstore , if so how do install it and run it. something is missing and I dont really get.
