Is it possible to show only few local domains(from the full list) in the workbook build screen?

Is it possible to show only few local domains(from the full list) in the workbook build screen?

let us say I have 20 local domains configured in globaldomainconfig.xml.

For a particular wbk, I wanted the user to be able see only 4 local domains under the drop down, to make sure that this workbook scope is restricted only for those local domains.

Of course I have used the Pre-ranging to allow only the classes belonging to these local domains available for selection in the prod wizard, but i was thinking if there is a way to just bring in these 4 local domains in the dropdown, in the 1st step of wbk build process.
