OEM 13.5 Windows Server installation

Hi alls,

I want to install OEM13.5 on a Windows 2016 server. After several attempts, I'm still stuck on "OMS Configuration" failure. I separated the installation into two steps, so the first step "Install only software.." goes well, but when launching ConfigureGC.bat, after several attempts, I'm stuck and I don't see any errors in the omsca logs. Maybe someone has an idea.

I used this link https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=207650603280356&parent=EXTERNAL_SEARCH&sourceId=PROBLEM&id=2792225.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=ccka598mu_4 to adapt the installation to the French operating system.
