NON-CDB to CDB conversion - 19c

Hi Experts,

Database version 19.17

We are converting noncdb to cdb. We are facing below error during the conversion. Both CDB and PDB are down. We faced this alert log in CDB.

ORA-04031: unable to allocate 816 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(1,0)","KGLHD")

How can we proceed furthur.

Please advice.
