Why ESS Mailing Address Change not Updating Address Book Mailing Address for Employees (F0101)

When Employees change their mailing address through ESS Web Portal, their Address Book (F0101) mailing address does not get updated. This has been working until now. Has anyone experienced such and what could be the fix?
