We are implementing PeopleSoft Total Rewards and we have found that reversal checks are only bringing in the reversal amount and not the original amounts so our numbers to totals are low. We are 9.2 PUM 44 8.59 tools. It is clearly shown when you click on the detailed data and you only see the negatives for that period.

Did this happen to anyone else, if yes what did we miss or how did you fix?
