Password reset suggestions

Hello,

I am exploring some ways currently others are using to reset the passwords in Siebel. We have been doing manual resets from either server manager or Siebel UI - server configuration but I was wondering if there are ways to make batch files for it using server mgr or any other automated ways. I tried but wasn't able to figure how to make batch file since we lose control over the batch after starting servermgr from command line. How to integrate what we wnat to execute after servermgr commandline initiates?

PS: We are in IP 22.x and are on Windows.
