Updating Oracle database host with Live-Update utility in AIX?

Hi,

OS is AIX 7.2 and are required to patch. We're looking to eliminate database downtime by deploying the Live-Update utility so that the Oracle database can be left intact throughout OS patching. Anyone has related experience with this Live-Update approach? recommended or not? anything to watch out, etc?
