Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Tools Download and Patching in 23.2

We have downloaded latest 23.2 Patch set from Oracle Support.

We are currently running in IP22.7. Have to download Siebel Tools from the latest IP23.2 patch set .

But in the Downloaded patch set we couldn't find tools folder and tools installable's

.

Can you please help on this regard.
