Do we need extra license to implement and use ECC

Dear All,

Last year we accomplished upgrading our production environment from EBS 12.1.3 To 12.2.11. Now we just accomplished upgrading from 12.2.11 To 12.2.12 on test environment following Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.12 Now Available (MOS Note 2876726.1).

We read in Announcing Oracle E-Business Suite 2022 Innovations (PDF) that EBS Enterprise Command Centers – November 2022 Update are now available.

We are planning to use ECC.

Do we need to buy a new license to implement and use ECC?
