Please confirm if Customer Interface is best and if this is proper usage

We are live in R12.2.5 with AR and PA as well as other modules. We want to populate a flexfield, address_attribute4 on several hundred existing customers.


Is Customer Interface the best way to do this?

Are there any known issues with Customer Interface that we should be aware of?

Is the list of fields we are populating in the interface table right? Can we remove any we are listing or do we need to add any others for it to work correctly?

We believe the table joins are correct but would appreciate confirmation that they are.
