ACA Transmission - Manifest file errors

Hello all,


Has anyone been able to successfully transmit their ACA Manifest file (for calendar year 2022) to the IRS? I've been getting multiple errors, the latest being "the node is neither valid nor invalid because no DTD/schema was found". Called the IRS and they can't help.
