PDF Paycheck - leave balances

The ESS Paycheck and Advice PDF show leave balance YTD amounts as one decimal place i.e. 25.3, is there a way other than modifying the BI Publisher templates to change this to show two decimal places i.e. 25.25? We are using the delivered SSPOFCHK & SSPOFADV.
