Question on third party backup tool for database backups

Hi guys, I know this is a long shot since I assume everyone here uses generic Oracle RMAN tool to schedule their backups via cronjobs.

So recently my newly upgraded databases which I upgrade from 11gR2 to 19c RC18 is having some problem with a backup tool called Cohesity. This issue doesn't occurred when the database is running on 11.2.0.4.0 version.

Before I proceed further, I know many will say why do I need to use a third party tool & not RMAN. This tool was purchased by my IT team way before I join the company with the purpose of simplifying backups on all IT devices (servers, databases, etc) they would want to have a single tool so the backup team will be able to manage & monitor all the backups from a single dashboard.
