How can we transfer proposed job from workforce compensation to position page?

In one of my client have position concept implemented and position synchronization is happening through schedule process. Now in workforce compensation, we have to create a workforce compensation plan that includes proposed job and new salary amount to take actions and needs to transfer workforce compensation data to position page and salary page respectively.is this possible that I can transfer proposed job to manage position page?
