Before Upgrading Production from Oracle EBS12.2.11 To Oracle EBS 12.2.12

Dear All,

We are using Oracle EBS 12.2.11. DB: 19c, RUP:18.

Last year we accomplished upgrading our production environment from EBS 12.1.3 To 12.2.11.

But before moving to Production, and since it was major upgrade, and after upgrading on clone instance, we asked users to complete business cycle to solve any issue might raise before moving to Production. After that we upgraded our Production instance to 12.2.11.

Now we just accomplished upgrading from 12.2.11 To 12.2.12 on clone instance following Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.12 Now Available (MOS Note 2876726.1).

Do we need to ask users to make a complete business cycle before upgrading Production environment?
