Is it possible to send an image property by email triggered by a message scenario

I have several reports set up that engineers can submit whilst completing forms on the activity, these are sent via message scenarios. I have only been able to create the place holders in the message body using text field properties and it would be really beneficial to have the ability to add an image on to the report. does anyone know of a way to add images to message scenarios please?
