Expanding a ZFS disks pool

in Oracle Solaris ZFS File System (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

I have a pool with 7 x 100GB disks and I need to expand it considerably, until 2800GB.

Taking in account performance is better to add 21 x 100 GB disks to preserve same capacity for every disk or is it not relevant and I can add 3 x 700GB disks?
