Compensation Eligibility Profile removing existing Element Entries
In EBS 12.2.11, I have created a participant Eligibility Profile to check if a person meets eligibility rules for a Compensation Plan.
The rule works, the plan is visible to eligible Self Service users, AME Approvals are run, and relevant element entries are created for the compensation plan.
When a user becomes ineligible and returns to the self-service compensation screen, the plan is no longer displayed (as expected) BUT.. it also causes existing Element Entries for the plan to be deleted.
Is it possible to apply eligibility criteria, to simply hide the compensation plan from ineligible users, and leave any existing element entries alone?
