Primavera P6 Professional Application 22.12 does not show the correct start date

We used P6 Professional Integration API 22.12 to upload schedule data to the Primavera database.

When we see this project in P6 Professional Application 22.12, it shows the default (today's) start date and to see the correct date, we have to select manually “All Projects use their own data date” in Schedule Menu item and then click on the Schedule button. 

This behavior was not there with P6 18.8.

Is there any flag that we can set in our code while uploading data so that it can show the correct dates and we don't have to manually correct it by using “All Projects use their own data date” option?
