Oracle Enterprise Manager Ops Center...what's the latest version? 12.4 or 13c

I want to do a fresh install of the latest version of Ops Center. All of our hardware is still on the premises. I'm familiar with 12.4 but date wise that sounds a little old. Is there ops center in 13c? I want this product just to monitor our OS and hardware. Nothing else.
