Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello,

Is there a transaction that would allow me to manage returns in JDE ?

Currently, we don't have any transactions to handle a return in JDE. We process returns only through a negative line on our orders. This means that some returns are not processed in full.
Ideally, we should have a transaction (stock and/or non-stock) from which we could create a return with reference to the order, so we could further link the batches in question, etc.
