How to find if the record is in Edit Mode or not for Non-Workflow BP Record?

Hi,

I'd like to report which shows records that are open in Edit mode vs. all records which are Submitted and not in Edit mode. How do I check this?

Can the record status for non-workflow BP be retrieved? If not from UDR, is there a way to get which records are in Edit mode from Data View that we can create using SQL?
