Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. How to Know if Oracle is RAC or HAS or Non Cluster - if everything is down

Hi,

I came across a very unique situation when I need to know what kind of Oracle installation is running on the host when all oracle services are down .

Any idea how to find out what kind of installation there is (CRS or HAS) without starting cluster/has?
