ExaCC X9M Management and Administration Tools

Dear Guru,

We are moving from Old Exadata X6-2 machine (11g/12c) to ExaCC X9M Qtr machine.

I have few questions here, and will appreciate if you can give your inputs:

1) What tools can be used for administration in ExaCC x9M machines. IS OCI console the preferred one?

2) Can I use the old Exadata x6-2 machines as Standby servers for my database instances running on ExaCC x9M?

3) I read ZDM does in-flight upgrade as well, so can ZDM will upgarde my 11g/12c to 19c migrating my databases to ExaCC x9M

4) Is ZDM free to use?
