Subinvenory Transfer for Reserved Items

I am using EBS 12.2.10 with database 19c (19.10.0.0.0) I need to do sub-inventory transfer for reserved item but following error appears:

An error occurred while relieving reservations.

Error is correct because item was reserved.

One of my colleague performed transaction through mobile app but transaction type was Move Order Transfer and items was kept reserved by the system.

Objective is to move stock between subinventories whether it is reserved or not. If it is reserved then reservations should be there after transfer.

I need to know how can I do using meterial_transactions_interface? Is it possible to use move order transfer using transactions interface? I need some sample script from knowledge base.
