want to ‘drop database’ and recreate it without reloading oracle and or software(copyrighted)

This all started when patching and rebooted the database server while a do_ptadmin_import was active. I have a backup that we can restore if we can get the database started.

sees the following error…

I have an oracle instance that will not startup. The ROOT CAUSE is ORA-00368 the redo log in group 1 are corrupted and not Archived.

I tried to clear/drop the redo logs…

 I tried rman …

I can mount the database.  I am willing to drop the database and recreate it. All of the data is backed up with do_ptadmin_export.

I want to ‘drop database’ and recreate it without reloading oracle and or our copyrighted software. What needs to be done to recreate ptdb
