Unable to send mail notification from a case note (where attachment is added) | PeopleSoft 8.53
Hello,
When trying to send a mail notification from a case note where attachment is added, system is unable to send it, spinning circle and session is getting timed out.
Navigation: Main Menu -> My Worklist -> Case OR Main Menu -> HelpDesk-> Search Case
- Open any case
- Clicking on a note (where attachment is already added) and click Email
- Spinning circle, and after 5-6 mins session time-out
- But it is working for note having no attachment.
Getting this error on PeopleSoft 8.53
Requesting advise on this issue.
