4900 SBC in HA pair but mismatch in Registration

Hi Team,

We have two SBCs working in HA pair, Recently, it has been noticed that the active SBC shows 4 active surrogate registrations but at the standby SBC, there is no active registration .

What are the possible causes for this issue occurrence ?

What should be the troubleshooting approach?
