API qp_preq_pub.price_request is not generating pricing line using Dynamic formula.

API qp_preq_pub.price_request is not populating freight charges using Dynamic formula.

However, while generating sales orders lines from Application front end all the lines are populating for discount and Freight charges based on the dynamic formula.

Is it possible to consider the dynamic formula by this API or any other alternate API?
