MFP- User Export Not Working

MFP Version: 16.0.2

After creating the workbook in MFP in Managed Subclass plan. The user is not able to export the worksheet using the File -> Export option (It is showing blank pop up screen after selecting the option, also it is not allowing the user to switch other options. The user needs to close and reopen the application to work again). But while exporting via icon, it is working fine for the user. This is happening for only one user.

Could any one please help on this issue?
