Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Dear All,

We have a following business scenario:

Legal Entity Country is UAE. This legal entity is assign to UAE Ledger

However, that legal entity has to open Bank account in USA country and tied to legal entity having country = UAE.

How can we do this setup in Oracle EBS R12
