Can E1 9.2 EDI Receiving (R47071) NOT close Amount Open (AOPN) on partial Receipts for Service PO?

Background Using Service PO Line type (see P40205), P4312 lets your receive partials and properly reduces the Amount Open (AOPN) for each partial receipt.

BUT... R47071 (Batch / EDI Receiving) ALWAYS updates AOPN to zero, effectively preventing subsequent partial receipts. Anyone else having this issue with Service PO Lines?
