R34410 is not associating PO with Agreement number during release

We have created dummy Blanket Order OB for VRS module

Then we have generated schedule supplier using R34400

then we have run R34410 for releasing the schdule against OB.

Succesfully created PO but It is not associated with an active Agreement which is valid and activated in proc options in all applicable vcersions as well

Agreement has this Item, Supplier, Destination valid& also UOM

PO also created with same set of attributes
