How to create PO Requisition by using local BPA?

We have local active Blanket Purchase Order Agreement with 3 lines. Now we want to create a requisition by using existing BPA lines. We want show user to choose the BPA lines while creating Requisition with amount. We did not implement iProcrument module.

How to achieve this? Please help us.
