Disable Post Button through Form Personalization Not working

Dear All,

We want to disable the POST button on the Journal form; we followed the steps below, but the button is still not disabled. I tested the other button and it works perfectly.

Trigger Event:WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE

Processing Mode:Both

Action:

Property : , Object Type: Item , Target Object :CONTROL.FOLDER_POST ,CONTROL.HEADER_POST ,BATCH.BATCH_POST

Property Name: Enabled Value is Falls
