Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. I keep getting invalid version for P31P001

On my testing environment i keep getting invalid version on the P31P001 when running form W31P001I

Form P31P001_W31P001I Event Dialog is Initialized Line No 114

I tried getting it from another environment that is working with no success i got all business function related to it also no success. Any ideas?
