Free Quantity Transfer with Zero Cost

Hi Experts

We have a business requirement when we are transferring material from one organization to another organization will send free qty (Inter OU transfer ) along with actual qty, Cost should not calculate for free qty as per the requirement

Example is given below

Stock Qty 1100 and cost is rs 10 , Stock value is 11000

Transfer Actual aty is 1000 and free qty is 100

Cost is applicable only for 1000 qty in both Sending and receving organiziton

How to acheive this requirement please suggest
