How the second Isupplier contact knows that his account has been approved

we are using EBS 12.2.11 and we have external supplier using the isupplier portal and through the profile management he created second contact which goes to the vendor controller and he approved it after selecting the required I supplier external responsibility . the question is how this new contact knows that his account has been approved , we are expecting that the new contact receives email with his user name and the link to be used to login
