Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello,

Reason, Reference comments when entered on Cycle Count Adjustments form not showing up on MMT form.

I want to understand why this functionality which used to work earlier suddenly changed recently after 12.2.5?

Now we have to enter Reason, Reference comments on Cycle count entry form, they get copied to Adjustments form and then to MMT form.

Users want to enter them while they do adjustments and don't want to open Cycle count entry form again.

Oracle says otherwise. Can someone explain better reasoning for this?
