JDE 9.2_For the ETO project manufacturing item , is it mandatory to have line type SC ?

Product - JDE 9.2

For Manufacturing ETO item, with stock type 'G' and Line type 'SC', Production UOM is set at 'BA' (Batch) and BOM and routing are setup with same UOM. Primary UOM for the manufacturing item is 'KG'. UOM conversions are defined for BA to KG conversion. Ex. 1 BA = 9075 KG.

User is creating Work order in 'KG' instead of 'BA'. WO is processed and material issued successfully but routing labor and machine hours are calculated by multiplying 'work order quantity X standard routing hours' without considering UOM conversion.

Ex. WO is created for 2268 KG and if Labour hrs are in std is 24, WO routing shows hours required as '2268 x 24 = 54432' instead of '2268/9075 X 2 = 5.998'
