Running batch mode of R09123 - Advanced Variable Numerator Allocations

We have set up Basis and Source Versions and we have multiple JA Docs set up, If we right-click from P09123 and use the row exit for Compute Alloc, - Proof, it generates the proposed JA correctly. If we use the Menu for R09123 - we have a custom version copied from the XJDE0001 version. It prints all the specs, correctly for the documents desired; however, it doesn't generate the JA's. It says "No Data Selected"

Any ideas on what I could have missed? In our copied version, I have added data selection to look for those DOC numbers and Status = "A".
