Recovery Tax incorrect CCID generation

We added 2 new companies under the segment values under the existing structure and trying to import payables invoice. For these 2 new companies the default Recoverable Tax CCID is incorrect. I have checked all the setups for Recovery Taxes in Tax Managers, however could not establish from where and how the CCID is been populated.
