Rename clustername for 19c RAC

Team,

We have an issue with cluster name for 19c RAC. we mistakenly given same cluster name for 2 different clusters. 

we would like to change the cluster name as per (Doc ID 2725377.1 -Steps to rename the cluster name ).

Do we have any impacts if we use same cluster name for 2 different clusters. or Is there any performance degradation after renaming the cluster name.

Please do the needful.
