Percentage Metrics

Using OEM 13.5, for all kind of Oracle software but also the databases, and I'm wondering this:

There are metrics which are reporting by means of percentage. Like for example the "Process Limit Usage (%)". It is reporting correct usage, by means of percentage. That is OK.

But, we know that the "Processes Limit" is a database parameter. As such, it can be set to whatever value, and, in context of monitoring it obviously is important to what value this is set.

If the usage is 80%, that is high. Because we have only 20% left ..

But, how many processes is that, really ? So, I can query the database on these values, or I could have some idea, but it would be nice if the same reporting page, would also show the nomimal values which are relevant in this percentage based Metric.
