JE Error Invalid parent or parent/child combination specified

I am on HFM version 11.2.11 and post patching to .11 the following error is coming up for users trying to post an HFM JE to a parent they don't have access to. For example, PUS000A.IGB203A....the user has Write access to IGB203A however no access to PUS000A as this is the top of the house consolidated parent so I would not want the user to have this access. This is new post patching and we have not made any changes to security.

Short term solution has been to have user select the base entity only.

EPMHFM-2467: Invalid parent or parent/child combination specified.
