Custom kill session script in Enterprise Manager?

Is it possible replace the ALTER SESSION in the Enterprise Manager kill session function with a SQL script? A use case would be an AWS/RDS managed instance where you can't use alter system directly, or if we only want to grant the ability to kill only some sessions.
