Run oracle processes by a new OS user

Hello everyone!

Due to a company policy our manager asked us to run all Oracle Database through a newly created OS user, and not the oracle user that is currently running all processes.

Is it possible/recommended to do this?

If not, do you maybe have any alternative to this solution?
