IS there a dynamic way to send FYI notification for all approver goup ?

hello dear,

i try to send FYI for all buyers after approved new supplier .

i try Static "HR Position" and dynamic query based on position_id and person_id

and all these ways notify one member per group , and the only way i found to add buyers names as static and as you now this way has risks .

so i appreciate your support if you can help me with dynamic solution.
